Our goal is to provide education about transgender issues in the workplace to executives and small business owners, diversity and EEO managers, supervisors and workgroups who desire better working relationships with their transgender, transsexual, or gender variant co-workers, customers, and business partners.

Never before has the need, or the interest, for transgender education been greater or more apparent.  TransEducate.com and the Transgender Education Partnership were formed by Jamison "James" Green and Donna Rose, internationally respected educators and advocates for the Transgender community with combined 50 years of business and management experience. 

This partnership provides an opportunity for the trans community to educate about themselves, to form partnerships based on education, and to work with workplaces and organizations with regards to transgender issues.
